DESCRIPTION

Enjoy a totally different day from the rest and walk through the narrow paths of La Laurisilva ravel, where the Canarian aborigines lived.

This vegetal ecosystem is defined as "monteverde", a space full of numerous endemic species. In addition, the trail is replete of ancient lime trees that can reach 20 meters in height.

It is located in the north of Gran Canaria, it is a forest reserve known as "Selva Doramas". It is currently called "Tilos de Moya" Special Nature Reserve full of numerous species such as the bicacaro flower (Canarian flora).

The ancient lime trees can reach 20 meters in height, being the last survivors of our island. Throughout the trail you will find ropes marking the route. There will be a stop to rest and enjoy the environment of "Selva de Doramas". Do not forget to bring your camera! Have fun on the Laurisilva trail with family or friends, as it is not a difficult path.
