TOUR OVERVIEW:

Departing from the cruise port, we head towards the center of Lanzarote, arriving at the Monument to the Lanzarote Peasant, known locally as `Conejero’ which is the demonym for the people of Lanzarote. This is where the human-engineered landscape of La Geria begins, a renowned wine-growing region famous for its unique cultivation methods. We will have the opportunity to sample some local wine. Next, we proceed to the Lava Coast, where we’ll find The Green Lagoon nestled within a volcanic crater.

Continuing on, we reach Timanfaya National Park. As we approach the Fire Mountains, the landscape transforms into a lunar scene, revealing the fiery origins of the park. At the Islote de Hilario, we’ll learn fascinating facts, such as the ground temperature reaching 610ºC at just 13 meters deep. The impressive geothermal experiments will vividly illustrate this volcanic activity.

Our journey takes us along the captivating Route of the Volcanoes, where we’ll explore craters, fiery ravines, and a vast, almost otherworldly sea of lava. At the end of the route, we’ll stop by the Echadero de Camellos, where those interested can enjoy a camel ride for an additional fee of €11/£9.30*
