DESCRIPTION

The Teide National Park Cable Car,is the best tour to the highest volcano in Spain. Live the experience of flying over a geological treasure where volcanoes, craters and rivers of lava, form an impressive and unique in the world set of colors and shapes.

The Base Station: The base station is perfectly accessible by road and is located at 2,356m altitude, its modern facilities have two cabins with a maximum capacity of 44 passengers, which make the journey to the top in about 8 minutes. The views from the base station allow you to contemplate the spectacular peaks that surround the Teide volcano.

The base station has a rest area, cafe service and a restaurant-buffet with magnificent views of the Teide National Park, a shop and public restrooms.

The Upper Station: The upper station has a small hall from where you can immediately access the outside. It has WIFI, toilets and the highest public telephone in Spain. There is no cafe service and it is convenient to be prepared for changes in temperature. It is located at 3,555m altitude and is the starting point for you to choose between magnificent routes.

Important announcement: Climbing is not recommended for people with cardiovascular or lung problems, pregnant women or children under 2 years of age due to the risk of damage to health due to altitude. Check with your doctor before planning the visit.

Return policy: The option of going up by cable car will always be conditional on inclement weather or technical problems. In case the cable car does not work, as long as the tickets have not been used, the money will be refunded. The Cable Car tickets are valid for 10 days, once it is used, there is no possibility of any refund, except for meteorological reasons and when the client is in the departure hall.
