  • How can I buy my tickets online?

    1. Choose the date of your trip. (We recommend you to write the date when you arrive to Lanzarote)


    2. Choose the most interesting ticket package for you: 3, 4 or 6 centers.


    3. Pay online using any of your credit or debit cards. You will automatically receive the BONUS email.


    4. PRINT THE BONUS AND READ OUR SUGGESTIONS. If you are already in Lanzarote, you can print it at the reception of your accommodation.


     

  • Do I have to visit all the centers on the day written in my booking?

    Of course not, you can visit the centers whenever you want, it does not matter if the date on the voucher is another one. We recommend you to write the date you arrive to Lanzarote.

  • How does it work when I get to the box office?

    The printed voucher is exchanged at the first ticket office where you go for another one. DO NOT LOSE IT! Because, in the other centers, your ticket will have to be stamped.



  • Do I have to visit all the centers in the same day?

    Of course not, but keep in mind that you will have to visit the other centers during the next 14 days from the day you visit the first one.

  • Do I have to print my voucher?

    Yes. It is necessary to print it. If you are already in Lanzarote, you can print it at the reception of your accommodation.


  • What do my tickets include?

    The tickets are not tours, they are designed to go on your own, with your rental car. But it includes a guided visit in Cueva de los Verdes, and geothermal demonstrations along with a panoramic bus tour in Timanfaya National Park.

  • How do I get the audioguide, the recommendations guide, maps...?

    Once the purchase is made, you will receive a link to download your audioguide, as well as the recommendations guide, maps and more information brochures. This link will be in the confirmation email.

We recommend you to include the Cactus Garden in your ticket pack, because you also can see the Mirador del Río views without having to enter in the center, just following the road to the left of the main entrance. But if that is what you would prefer to include, you just have to tell the ticket seller to change the center when you give him the printed VOUCHER. The price is the same.
